Hi Kris good morning. The SEMA price on the NC1 is $1249 delivered no freight, no tax. We've sold a good 12 units to date, but have had a few come back. The quality is there but not comparable to the Juki 1541, NC6, NC1508NH all of which have higher quality parts. If you can afford those, that's the route I'd go for auto interiors. The NC1 is our first foray into the entry level walking foot sector and while it's not a bad machine, for my money I'd rather see my clients/potential clients step up to the others. I hope this helps a little. Forgive my late reply...i need to keep my eye on the forum with more frequency.

Good morning. This class of carpet serger doesn't provide a full 'wrap around'. Depending on the carpet/ carpet thickness you can often get it to wrap around the edge slightly. I'm guessing it's threaded properly based on the stitch. Tighten the tension on your bottom thread, loosen tension on your yarn. Leave needle thread alone. (full turn at a time, then try and monitor the stitch progress ) See if that works. Hope it does and good luck.

Juki parts are more readily available and easy to obtain. Juki 1508 class is a tremendous unit. If we can help in anyway, don't hesitate to contact us. Juki 1508N price $2450 complete with a fully assembled servo motor workstation. Adler's are tremendous, but we don't resell them. You should contact DAP directly. Hope it all works out for you. Wow thank you for posting this wonderful feedback. Please let me know how you like the unit. Thus far, clients that have purchased them are quite happy. The biggest buyer runs them all day on marine seats/interiors and they've purchased 5 units since April. The $1000 savings/unit is what got our foot in the door with them.
