I actually just spoke with my foam supplier about this yesterday. They said at this time they didn't expect an increase in cost anytime soon. She did tell me that one of the chemicals they use to make the foam was going to be in shorter supply than normal though. I'm in the United States.

i was told a chemical called tdi is running out hence the increase

Just got an email today from Active foam saying a 6-8% price increase. And then well be getting another round in the near future, that price increase was not stated yet..

I'm in the UK and haven't seen or heard any increased and we buy a lot of foam.

I've been told to expect an increase soon, possibly 20%

We panic bought foam! (Uk) due to apparent shortage of chemicals used to make it. Now feeling that we’ve been done by some clever marketing and higher delivery prices
