  • Creases on headliner Boards
Dam guys your giving me nightmare lol to date i haven't taken on any real tricky one's yet.
But alot of the euro stuff isn't as prevalent yet downunder.
Yes we have boards but the little stuff isn't as common in the country areas here yet.
The younger gen are taking thst way but its mainly medium to large vehicles out here.
That and the throw away attitude of young people.
They run them till they're not roadworthy the send them to the wreckers.
Plus the attitude that our trade is just glorified seamstress dosent help.
We are the trade that nobody thinks about till the budget is spent and they want it cheap as.
    Sorry for going off topic

  • Damaged vinyl
Maybe 10 depending on type of material some dont have every thing so supplies for one job could come from upto 5 sources then freight stings to.

  • Damaged vinyl
Here in Australia we take this as part and parcel of what we do so when ordering fabric we work on a percentage waste system.
I know that sounds bad but its hard when your supplier is 500 to 1000 kilometers away and delivery time is anything upto a week.
We habe just learned to suck it up.
And order as if your ordering oldschool hides blemishes and all.

I also use a 3" air buff for shaping.
But you can't go past the electric carving knife.
