Most cases I make my own listing with matching vinyl or leather used to cover the seat and as for the wire I use rebar tie wire folded in half and twisted before install in seats

You can use some burlap glued to the topper foam or you can use some sew foam over the topper foam ‍♂️

1/2” on tops and 1/4 on sides and backs but that’s just me

Use steamer as pulling old off if you decide to pull off
