    Good morning Tyler I have a question for you. I used a PVC product from three. Rivers pulled the material around and stapled it, and it seemed to crack in the corners is the palight a different product than what three rivers sells.

    Nice work brother I’ve been thinking about using this product. I’ve used abs for years but they changed the chemical composition and you can no longer staple into it without it cracking

    Both of you guys make excellent points a majority of the time I only run one size of welt so that wouldn’t be an issue But like Lee says how thick of material can you run?
  • Thread problems (and stitch)
    Absolutely have to make sure your thread is well taken care of plus the smaller spools usually have less trouble I keep mine in sealed plastic bags in a room with low humidity.
