Every country as different laws on this, You could always ask said manufacture if you can buy a licence to use there logo on a set amount of items but that would get very costly if you was to apply to every one. I look at it this way if your putting the logo on a set of seats that are going into the same vehicle your not really stepping on toes but if you was to start selling mugs or t shirts ect with a logo on that will land you in deep do do if your caught. It is a hard one as you only have to go onto many selling platforms to see 1000s of unlicensed logo use but being a business you could get a slapped hand or massive fine as courts see it as you own a business and should know better.
