Haartz makes a purple cloth topping material called Concord Grape. I'm not sure if there's a corresponding vinyl. Check with Electron Auto Top - they can make just about anything in just about any Haartz material you want!

I am trying to make clear face shields to donate health workers and am looking for some clear vinyl, cloth binding, and high density sheet foam.... got any to sell/donate?
