Well just ordered my first top and window from the new guy and ET is shipping through Miami Corp which is not really a big issue but they ask if they didn't have the top in stock if they could send me one from EZ ON or Robbins. So make sure you know what you're getting. I used those 2 until they were sold and I refuse to buy that junk. My next choice would be KEE AUTO TOPS. I guess the new owner doesn't care about Quality anymore.

Hey Warren. Did you place your order with Miami Corporation or directly with Electron Top?

I still dial ET's number and talk to Tracy. But she ask if they didn't have ET product in stock if it ok to send EZ on or Robbins since thats the tops Miami sells.

Wow what has happened to EZ ON? I know they are now part of that conglomerate however their quality control SUCKS . Almost every order I see a problem. .Just got a Mustang top where they missed the edge when they sewed on the binding. Now car and customer sits here dead while I await the new top with fingers crossed. Might have to go back to KEY with their lousy staple lines.

Philip Opper purchased ElectronTop Manufacturing Company, changed the name to Electron Auto Tops and moved the operation from New York to South Carolina.

Philip Opper is the previous owner of E-Z ON Auto Tops.

I’ve used Ez-on a couple times but have switched to Robbin’s they are more money but I have been very happy with the product and have spoke with Doug Robbins for some tech support very knowledgeable guy. Lifetime glass window bond.

Last top I ordered from electron this year took 3 months to get and then they didn't send some parts the well wasn't completely stitched together and the heat seam on the center bow wasn't glued for about 8 inches in the middle. I have switched to Robbins for all my tops now. More expensive but well worth the $.
