    All,
As a retired upholster of 30+ years
I have decided to let my book collection go.
I'd prefer to sell them as a collection but would consider breaking them up.
Many of them I bought brand new my self, while other I have searched out.
If your into cars? this is a must collection to look up factory colors and or codes

In addition I have several other catalogs no longer in print with factory swatches for foreign cars.
Will be included in the collection.

I have no idea what their worth. make me an offer.

    Woah, that's a decent price @Steve Ingram.

We get emails all the time from retiring trimmers looking to sell their books. It's difficult to say what they're worth. But that's a nice chunk of change for books you no longer use.

They were great in the 80’s and 90’s when you could
    actually get the material.

With Detroit Body Products closed are these worthless now? Maybe only good for reference.

No suppliers will still use them for ordering. Question is tho 'is someone going to carry the torch for upcoming years?' Several suppliers have online databases but it's hard to tell the difference between black, ebony and charcoal when it's on your phone. Plus you can't tell texture on a screen either.

It'll be interesting to see who buys up their inventory.

Everything hit the auction block this week: https://rjmauctions.com/online_detroitbodyproducts/assets.html

    Hey Guys,

To give you guys an Idea on pricing. I own an Upholstery supply warehouse and buy and sell Detroit books all the time typical prices are 80's & 90's $25 each 2000 and up usually range from 50-$200. If you guys ever need any I typically have 3-4 of every year at all times.
