Interior door handle bristles

About to makeover some customers door panels, the hole where the door handle

comes through has black bristles. And 1 panel has thrm all chewed up and we want to replace thrm on both panels. Cant seem to find them anywhere. Checked supply sections at albrights, keyston, miami, dlt, and google searched.

Any ideas? Heres a photo

I would like to add, we are not worried about getting them in and out to replace them, thats nothing difficult. Just the bristles themselves we are in search of. I saw them somewhere a month or 2 ago and now out of luck.
