Hi, I'm very new in this matter, upholstery.
I've been working as a window tint installer during 15 years. 1 year ago I decided to learn upholstery, but by my own, because here in Spain there is no way to learn this matter at schools, or similar.
So with the help of some videos of cechaflo I've been learning, and trying, and mistaking...
Now I'm trying to make my first seat cover, but there are some problems, i see waves in some pieces.. could some of you please tell me how to resolve this?
Thanks in advance. Sorry for my English.
Not sure the seat construction, but it looks like it’s just too loose of patterning. Almost look like if you pulled down on the piece in the picture it would tighten up.
no listings? Cover is too big, many reasons for that example. Motor trimming is a life time skill, you don’t get good after 1year or 5 years or even 10 or more. I am 53 and I am producing my best work daily, I started as an apprentice, just saying..
