You hear that guys? Don't you dare start sewing until you fix your hair, put on lipstick and wear a clean dress. No one likes an unattractive auto trimmer!:lol::lol::lol:
On a serious note, it's interesting to see how far sewing has come. Back in the day, it was primarily thought of as a woman's job. However, as we all know, REAL MEN SEW!
Thanks for the great laugh @Al Decker. I definitely needed that today!
That’s funny. Singer couldn’t get away with that today. I hear Gillette even made a new commercial about men being respectful and not bullying and that’s somehow controversial? I haven’t seen it so I can’t say. The times are a changing
Whattt?? You mean you guys don't put on a dress to sew? I thought everyone did, no wonder I always get a strange look from my customers....:sweat:
Took 2 weeks to find this. I remember this bit from (cough) 25 or (cough-cough) 30 years ago. Longer? M-m-may-be.
Anyways...I've always remembered it. These guys me laugh back then. Still do today.
No. I don't do furniture. Well, none that I am willing to admit to having done.
Someone should do an upholstery show such as this, based on automotive.
Jump to 3:42. Or watch the whole thing, just for the guy's back-n-forth banter.
