I do not have much experience in hot rods and I have a question it is wrong to put screws in the door panels. I Make these door panels and i put steel screws in each corner instead of clips.. so my boss wants me to redo them and pay for the material.. what do you guys think?yx3qfr7di07rrmdr.jpeg

If you are working for a shop I would not pay for materials. That’s a business cost as it’s a mistake. Sounds like there was a miss communication on both of your parts. As an easy cover up ask about doing snap covers on the screws. Or re-do it, but I would not be paying.

I would agree on the redo but not pay for the material yourself. Unless this is a recurring issue. I don't want to sound too critical but it appears the screws would be secondary to some of the other issues I see.
