I am a one person owner/operator also. I use my website as a portfolio basically. People some times want to see similar work ive done on some projects.

I am glad I an not alone, Time management is my biggest problem.. I do our website, Facebook - online presents, accounting, bookkeeping, ordering, janitorial , outside maintenance,ordering, cleaning, customer service, estimating , answering phones, AND UPHOLSTERY.... I am finding myself getting way behind in my work--

Susan, It may be time to hire someone part time to do some of the other tasks that take your time away from generating revenue. If you can pay them less than your hourly rate to do the job, you may be money ahead to keep cranking out work and let someone else do some of the other tasks.

read the book by Timothy Ferriss “4 hour work week”. Wonderful insight to greater productivity out of less effort and time, thus increasing productivity and efficiency.
