What skills are you looking for

The more exp. the better, cut sew, remove and install seats, headliners (with sunroofs) boat seats and carpet. Convertibles would be a real plus. We are a small shop, been in business 25 years. Must be self motivated. This is not a super fast paced shop, we have a variety of customers.
