I dont do too much newer stuff and am not sure about this? Its a '94 corvette targa top I need to replace headliner on. So far the only info I have found are from a couple hacks on you tube but not actual trimmers/upholstery people. I was hoping it was framed in like a window but looks like none of the frame can be removed? Does the board just get pried off or will that destroy it? Any advice?

It's best to peel off old material leaving the board intact on targa. Clean the foam with a soft bristled brush. Glue new material in place and tuck all around edges.

Thanks Eric! Do I use regular headline material, foam backed or just cloth only? Not sure of being able to make a clean tuck with foam backed headliner?

You're welcome Kurt. 1/8 " foam backed headliner works best. After gluing in place use silicone spray sparingly on the edges to help tucking under. Try using two tucking tools side by side . One to slightly push panel downward while the other tucks the material under.
