Did you put new tension wire in it? If not, that could be the issue ?

Place a paper disc like the pre-wound bobbins come with under the bobbin, I think your bobbin is back-lashing. I use a Consew 225 and this thread does same thing on mine if I don't use the paper disc. If you need anymore help or this doesn't work call me. I'll pm you my number.

The portion that exposes the drink holder pulls straight up after two tabs are pushed in. Access these tabs by opening the armrest. Then, while pulling gently upward push in one tab with a screw driver then pull upward on the other side while doing the same. It will pull straight upward.

The portion of the armrest closest to the driver can be taken off by removing the two (1 each side) T-10 fasteners. You can get to these by opening the armrest to the compartment that holds the phone.

You can also make yourself a couple of pulls and attach those where you won't see them but so you can pull it to form better to the foam.
