I would love to know how to do that! Awesome work! I just dont quote jobs anymore, its a sure way for someone to end up unhappy. I guess high, the client thinks I'm crazy, I guess low, I get screwed, not happening anymore. It's time and material, period. Every job is unique and hard to guess. Dont let yourself be taken advantage of.

You can get any of the Ultraleather colors in burn rated from Tapis Corp. If its small GA aircraft, horizontal burn rating is probably all you need, but best to have the customer check with his A&P person to be sure.

I've checked a few, so far, too long, too tall, etc.

Got the servo motor today and have it installed, love the way I can go slow now and just chunk along if I want. No more 0 to 60 in a half second! Will wait till I run some carpet thru it before I declare full success...

So I pulled the trigger on the "Family servo, 550s" should be here tomorrow, hope I like it!
