    i would put snaps in the body first. is the windshield out or does it not interfere with the dash snap location? any event i would start front center to back center and then work out to edge. i would make a full pattern rather than 1/2 pattern and then flip as the rollbar may not be centered. if you have the snap pins then put them on studs and pull materials to them and set.

    true story with those mid value cars. seems most of there owners are doing something they really can't afford, or are just cheap to start with. if they do have the work done they are generally the biggest pains.

    from a business standpoint small is good,commercial accounts and city work pays the bills without a lot of retail hassle.been doing this since 1965 and learned long ago if your going to do custom work thats all you should do unless you have enough good help you can divide things into 2 departments. not easy for most of us.

    i'm in cleveland ohio area and retail has definitly slowed down.i don't get involved in project jobs but the shops that do are still booked close to a year out from my customer feedback.used car dealers are getting hammered lately so their work is down.
